Has anyone ever been to a fortune teller just for fun and had the fortune come true?
Has anyone ever been to a fortune teller and had the fortune come true ever? I ask because sometimes I think it would be interesting just to have a fortune told but I don’t really believe in that stuff. So just curious if anyone else has ever done it and perhaps had anything I am talking anything at all that the fortune teller said come true.

Has anything you found in a fortune cookie come true? same concept…

Although the fortune cookie isn’t printed for you, the fact that what they say is so broad makes the odds of them actually occurring big.

I’ve been to fortune tellers, palm readers, tarot readers,,,none have even come close.

Fortune tellers make vague predictions based on what you’ve already told them. So there is a chance that something will come true. If you tell them you are in school, they will tell you they see you graduating and getting a job. It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy that they really didn’t see but you caused.

Would you believe the fortune teller if they told you something accurately about your past?
Let’s say that you go to a fortune teller and before they read your palm, you ask them to tell you something about your past and they are right on the dot about what they tell you. For example, if they can tell you how many kids you have or even some of your goals you accomplished in your past, would you believe them when they tell you about your future based on your palm?

yes but keep in mind you carve out your own path hun, you can make your future dreams (those including the predictions you’re given) into bigger ones to become into reality

i’ve been given a lot of advice on my path, for my future, like important things i should know, keep in my heart

i haven’t gotten serious predictions like, who exactly i’m going to marry, like her Name etc etc & idk if i should even know that, & i believe i shouldn’t, even if i’ve had many psychic readings, none of the lady clairvoyants told me the name of the girl i’m going to marry cause maybe they felt i didn’t need to know & maybe didn’t

so sorry this is long lol

exploring the advice you receive from clairvoyants is important to me

Nope. Telling me what I already know is useless. Why have a talent if you don’t make money with it? If I could tell the future, I’d make money off of this talent. So would anybody else. So why are they not rich? The gambling industry certainly does not care about psychics, just cheaters.

There is a million dollars for the first person that either read your past or predict the future. When someone wins this, I’ll start believing. Until then they are after your money only.

I would. When it comes to any reading though with predictions, some things will inevitably happen as they’re details of destiny, while some others things can change because the outcomes vary depending on your free will and ability to make choices to change and influence the course of events.

A fortune teller can give you insight, but you still have FREE WILL to influence and change the course of events…although there will be a few things that are destined to happen to you regardless. Some things you are meant to know, some things you aren’t meant to know at all as it could drastically change your destiny, and some things you aren’t meant to know until later.

In palm reading, the LEFT hand shows “what you came to do in this life/destiny” The RIGHT hand shows “what you make of what is shown in the left hand” therefore the lines on your right hand can change over time.

Maybe not “believe”, but I’d certainly be intrigued.

It would very much depend on what they told me, and if I had possible given them any information beforehand (like mentioned how many daughters I had ect.).
If they were able to tell me something such as, “You have had a very pained past…the men you have been with have mistreated you, and you are afraid to step in relationships now.” I would probably be on the road to believing.
I believe in fortune telling, so I definitely have faith in palm reading (though the only reader I ever went to was crap).
Sincerely,
~Egypt

No.

It is very easy, if you are an observant person, to guess things about a persons life. When I was in college, I was able to do this and surprised people all the time. By reading someones facial expression, eyes, and physical characteristics (such as their posture, the smoothness of their skin, etc..) you can easily make predictions about the sort of things people have done in the past. All it is is an ability to read people.

There are also only so many combinations of things that can be wrong. It’s all about probability. For example, if someone is in their thirties and has been working for many years, it is most likely they have children.

Fortune tellers are also strategically vague about certain things. For example, instead of saying “You have a degree in sociology” they will say something like “I see you have completed a University degree”. If you are vague, you have a better chance of guessing correctly.

All in all, it’s nothing more than trickery and probability. The longer someone has been fortune telling, the easier it is for them to guess based on all the people they have had interactions with. Most people are the same and have the same goals and life situations.
